Choosing your account
This is a separate account with its own login details. It is not a game key, gift card, or an upgrade to your existing account. Check the platform, edition or plan, region and duration before ordering.
Platform names
Game, service and platform names identify the products offered. They do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the platform owner.
Prices and payment
Base prices are in USD. Other display currencies are estimated conversions. The final total, payment currency and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before you authorize payment. A price change requires your confirmation. We will not make an additional charge or substitute another product without your agreement.
Delivery
Check the delivery method, estimated timing and any instructions on the product page. Payment confirmation and delivery confirmation are separate. Keep any account login details or private delivery links confidential.
Full account access
Accounts sold here include the login and recovery access needed to change the delivered account’s email and password, subject to the platform’s security steps. If you cannot take control of a delivered account, contact us so we can resolve the issue or provide the remedy due for a product that is not as described.
Prepaid subscriptions
A subscription listing states the paid term. If access ends or is revoked early through no fault of yours, our refund policy explains the refund for unused time, including partial months. Receiving the login details does not remove this protection.
Problems with an order
Our refund policy explains how non-delivery, incorrect products and access problems are handled. Your applicable legal rights and payment-provider dispute rights remain available. A good-faith complaint or dispute does not by itself result in a penalty.
Your purchase terms
The terms shown when you place an order apply to that purchase. Later updates do not change an existing order. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
