Eyad Store Limited is responsible for information processed through Eyad Accounts. Our company name and address appear below.
Browsing the store
You can browse the catalogue without creating an account. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process connection information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. The storefront does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics.
Signing in with Google
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your unique account ID, name, verified email address and a link to your profile photo when available. We use this identity to sign you in, show your account profile and match you to your own orders. Google handles authentication under its own privacy policy. We never receive your Google password or request access to Gmail or Google Drive.
Security and abuse prevention
Eyad Store Limited checks your verified sign-in email address and IP address against its access-restriction records from Eyad Store to prevent abuse and protect the store. These checks may restrict your access to Eyad Accounts. You can request a review of a restriction or correction of your information using the company contact details below.
Sign-in cookies
We use an encrypted session cookie containing your basic profile and account identifiers. Website scripts cannot read this cookie, and it is sent only over HTTPS on our public site. It expires after one hour and may be renewed while you use signed-in features. Other necessary cookies protect sign-in requests and remember your return page; temporary sign-in checks expire within 15 minutes. These are not advertising cookies. Signing out removes the store's session cookie; clearing this site's browser data also removes its cookies.
Your private order history
We use your Google account ID to retrieve orders linked to your signed-in account. Your history shows order references, dates, the product or account type, totals, and payment and delivery status. Account login details and private delivery links are not included in the history list; where available, you open them separately on the private order page. Checkout is currently unavailable. Browsing or signing in does not place an order or authorize a payment. Authorized staff can review your order to provide support. Staff must record a reason before revealing delivered login details or a private delivery link.
Browser preferences
Your selected language and display currency are saved in this browser. You can change them in the header or remove them by clearing this site's browser data. Search terms and catalogue filters appear in the page address and are included when you share that address.
Currency display
Currency conversions use reference rates requested by the store. We do not send your search terms or saved language and currency preferences to the exchange-rate provider.
Sensitive information
Browsing the store does not require payment details, account passwords, government ID, passport copies or selfies. Keep private account details out of search fields and shared page links.
Use and retention
We use identity and order information for account access, order support, security, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Order records are stored separately from your sign-in session and are not deleted when you sign out or clear cookies. Their retention depends on those purposes and applicable requirements, rather than the session's one-hour expiry. Browser preferences stay on your device until you change or clear them. Connection logs held by service providers follow their applicable retention practices. We do not use your browsing information for unrelated marketing.
